What to Expect at Your Dog’s Appointment
From the moment you and your pup arrive at The Gilded Paw, you’ll notice the difference in our dog grooming experience. The salon operates by appointment only, ensuring a calm, one-on-one experience from check-in to pickup. We start with a gentle introduction to help your dog feel at ease, followed by a customized grooming session tailored to their breed, coat type, and comfort level.
We never use cage dryers or assembly-line grooming. Your dog stays with Amy from start to finish. Most appointments take between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your pup’s size and grooming needs.
When you pick up your dog, they’ll be clean, comfortable, and looking their best—from nose to toes. We’ll also share any helpful notes about your dog’s coat or skin, so you always feel informed and confident about their care.
